Last week, at the field, I had a Hobbico electric fuel pump go belly up. It was only a few months old, so I called Tower Hobby to see what they would do. Lady was very polite, took my information and excused herself to talk to product support. When she returned she informed me that a new pump would be on the way, shortly; no return of the old pump would be necessary. Great customer service from a class company.
